Atmosfera Italiana: Our food from small excellence producers

The advantages of the Web can and should be exploited to place on the market local products bly rooted to the land, of which Italy is very rich. They often only reach small markets with local customers.
Made in Italy excellences are often an heritage of small producers, for whose barriers of entry to the traditional retail market are almost insurmountable because they are manned by industrial standardized production which have bargaining power on price and has the means to use an appropriate communication.

ATMOSFERA ITALIANA offers to these small producers of Made in Italy excellence a showcase for national and international markets, making more accessible and affordable their products.

We are not the big supermarket chains: some of our products are available only in small quantities and could be sometimes sold out.

Food of excellence often follow the seasons, furniture and quality fabrics are not produced on an industrial scale: a limited availability of goods is a guarantee of authenticity and quality.

The decision to bring the Italian niche product, hardly available on the traditional market and often produced in limited quantities, through an E-commerce channel takes into account the recent changes in the purchasing behavior of an increasing number of consumers. Permanent socio-cultural changes, that even in times of crisis cannot be reversed, more attentive to the health and environmental component, and to the promotion of local products.

The phenomenon of “affordable luxury” is not ephemeral, but has precise and deep socio-economic roots and is accentuated by the growing desire to meet self-gratification and well-being needs. So we are not talking about products for few privileged customers who are looking for the opportunity to spend money in excess, we are talking about at least 10 million several million people in Italy and around the world that every day decide how to spend their income, who are willing to practice trading down (savings) in several categories in which they choose the cheaper products for afford the trading up in others.

We turn therefore to a target of consumers who buy on-line not to save money, but to have access to particular products, not easily found in common distribution channels.

ATMOSFERA ITALIANA offers to consumers – national and international – the opportunity to purchase items not easily found in the traditional distribution.

The buyer can buy online different types of Italian products, including exquisite food and wine, – design object & complements mainly made of metal, excellent regional niche food, textiles such as household linen and all we assume to be faithful to our mission – selected according to criteria of qualitative excellence and presented to a target with an adequate propensity to spend.

Nevertheless, it is not essential for us to deliver our specialities in twenty-four hours: if we offer you a fresh pot, cookies or breadsticks, they will be prepared just for you, because stocked in our warehouse there will never be “already old” products.

Even our “concept” is original and differs from the other player which are mostly single issue.

We put together different kinds of products whose common denominator is the Made in Italy excellence and a coordinate setting (the “atmosfera”); goods speak for the places where they live, that’s why “Atmosphere” is essential.

Ours is a fluid space, which doesn’t look like a “supermarket”.

It’s a space dedicated to all those who decide to uphold the quality of their lives, fulfilling the sight, taste, smell and touch. A space for those who choose to furnish their homes with objects and complements which are beautiful, meaningful & functional and of contemporary design, for those who choose to put on the table genuine and natural wine and food specialties of the highest quality, for those who choose to pamper themselves with fine textiles garments of high quality yarn and tailoring.

Atmosfera Italiana: Exclusive Design Furnitures And High Quality Typical Italian Food And Textiles. The “Made In Italy” Excellence Finds A New Home.

We are not interested into boasting a twenty-year history: Atmosfera Italiana was officially founded on April 22, 2010. It’s the will to improve our
quality of life that has driven us for many years by now.

We don’t aim at pleasing everyone: our customer is whoever feels at home in our own house, who wants to meet his functional and emotional well-being needs, self-gratification and self care for himself and his family.

We do not use “Italian” because it is fashionable: we rely on our experience to guarantee the excellence of what we offer. Our house is a space designed for us who choose to furnish it with objects of original and contemporary design, for us who choose to put on the table genuine and natural gastronomic specialties, for us who choose to pamper ourselves with fine textile garments of high quality yarn and tailoring.

We do not call our partners “suppliers”: we have selected only small producers of Made in Italy excellence, most of them artisan, all of them friends, people like us who bring passion and enthusiasm in what they do.

We do not deliver our specialities in twenty-four hours: if we offer you a fresh pot, cookies or breadsticks, they will be prepared just for you, because stocked in our warehouse there will never be “already old” products.

We are not the large-scale distribution: some of our products are only available in small quantities and subject to depletion. Food of excellence often follows the seasons, furniture and fine fabrics are not produced on an industrial scale: a limited availability is a guarantee of authenticity and quality.

Atmosfera Italiana is a space dedicated to all of you who decided to live an high quality life, satisfying sight, taste, smell and touch.

Atmosfera Italiana: now online.
